📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high standards of service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store displays and merchandise.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Must be fluent in Indonesian language.
