As a Back End Developer (Talent Pool) - Supervisor, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using cutting-edge technologies like Node.js, Python, and Java. You’ll also be responsible for code reviews, performance optimization, and ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of security and scalability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor backend development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using Node.js, Python, and Java.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Optimize system performance and scalability, ensuring our backend infrastructure can handle growing business demands.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our systems and data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into our development processes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, and Java, with experience in at least one of these languages.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
