📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain cold storage areas to ensure ingredients are stored at optimal temperatures.
• Assist in the daily preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and marinating.
• Work closely with chefs to ensure dishes are cooked to perfection and served promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling and storage.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
