📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages using our premium Tealive blends and state-of-the-art espresso machines.
• Operate and maintain brewing equipment, including espresso machines, steamers, and grinders.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service, ensuring their satisfaction with every order.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in coffee and tea preparation, and apply them to enhance our menu offerings.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee or tea industry.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, steamers, and other brewing equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
