• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the MICE and public sector markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and private sector clients.
• Develop and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to secure new business.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the MICE or public sector industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the MICE and public sector markets, including key players, trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
