📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to sales teams.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
