📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement pastry recipes and menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Supervise and mentor junior pastry chefs to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food handling procedures, and quality control standards.,Optimize inventory management and cost control to ensure profitability.,Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful pastry menus.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control principles.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
