📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and security devices.,Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of our data center infrastructure, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime.,Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior staff, as well as other technical teams within the organization.,Monitor and troubleshoot data center infrastructure, and work with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of issues.,Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning, and ensure that our data center infrastructure is prepared to withstand and recover from potential disasters.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and solutions as needed.,Work closely with other teams within the organization, including IT, security, and facilities, to ensure that our data center infrastructure meets the needs of the business.,Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a data center or related technical role, with a focus on infrastructure and systems administration.,Strong technical skills in areas such as server and storage administration, networking, and security.,Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.,Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple projects and priorities.
