As a Corporate HR Manager at We Connect HR Solutions OPC, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities across our diverse portfolio of companies. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies, ensuring they are compliant with Indonesian labor laws and best practices. Your daily tasks will include managing employee relations, conducting performance reviews, and driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all employees across the organization.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a multi-industry group setting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with HR software like SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
