📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective corrugated carton manufacturing.
• Monitor production schedules and implement corrective actions to meet production targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in overseeing corrugated carton production processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
