You'll work with industry-leading tools like ABB TotalCare and SAP PM, maintaining and repairing complex equipment to keep production lines running at peak efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance equipment reliability.
- Conduct calibration and testing of equipment to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance data in SAP PM.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in scheduled maintenance and shutdown activities to ensure equipment is ready for production.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
- Certification in semiconductor manufacturing or related equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with ABB TotalCare and SAP PM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different sites within Bali.
