📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on employee engagement and development.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
