PULSE Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our team in Mempawah. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR to gain practical experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and benefits information.,Support the HR department in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and other HR-related reports.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR staff as needed.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also considered).,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks under pressure.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.
