📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production schedules.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.,Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues.,Conduct regular inspections of production areas to ensure safety and compliance.,Assist in the training of new staff members on production procedures.,Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,Basic understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
