📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Prepare and send job descriptions and applications to potential candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
