📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end and year-end close processes.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring it is used effectively and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management, helping them make informed decisions.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
