In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the audit process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to improve our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the audit process from planning to completion, ensuring all deadlines and objectives are met.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and risk management.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders, providing clear and actionable recommendations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve audit processes.,Provide training and guidance to junior auditors to ensure high standards of performance.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of all audit activities and findings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting and auditing standards is a plus.
