Agung Krisna Coffee is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Finance Admin to join our team in Kuta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administrative tasks, and a passion for coffee and the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and process monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible rates.,Oversee the company's payroll processing, including employee deductions and tax filings.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
