📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet operational goals.,Conduct regular production meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
