In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure product standards are met.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address issues.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to maintain high-quality standards.,Develop and maintain quality control documentation and procedures.,Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control or related roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.,Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
