📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Oversee the work of junior engineers and ensure they adhere to company standards and regulations.,Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit technical reports, drawings, and specifications.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project teams to ensure project success.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve engineering practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional engineering license (SIPP) is a plus.,Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and codes.,Experience with project management tools and software.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
