📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the structural design and analysis of projects, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement structural design criteria and standards.
• Conduct load calculations, stress analysis, and structural modeling using specialized software.
• Review and approve structural drawings and calculations prepared by junior engineers.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in structural engineering.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in structural design and analysis.
• Proficiency in structural engineering software, such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid professional engineering license in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus.
