📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and sales campaigns.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or operations management is preferred.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
