ECHO Indonesia is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and benefits.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Coordinate with the finance team to process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payments.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide support to the management team in making informed decisions regarding personnel matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a remote work environment.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
