This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while collaborating with our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using restaurant management software.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
