PT Maritim Cendana is looking for a dedicated Security professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary and a collaborative work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control access to the facility to prevent unauthorized entry.,Patrol the premises to identify and report any security breaches or suspicious activities.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections of equipment, vehicles, and facilities.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with appropriate authorities.,Maintain security logs and reports, and assist in investigations when necessary.,Enforce security policies and procedures, and provide security training to employees.,Work with other departments to ensure the overall safety and security of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security roles, preferably in a maritime or industrial environment.,Knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency procedures.,Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid security clearance and certification (preferred but not mandatory).,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to security and safety.,Willingness to work remote hours and on-call duties.
