As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our team members are well-trained and motivated. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained, with a focus on food safety and hygiene.,Develop and implement training programs for restaurant staff, with a focus on customer service, food preparation, and safety.,Monitor and track restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other expenses.,Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Work closely with the general manager and other department heads to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the property.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu planning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of staff members.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and technology, such as POS systems and inventory management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,A valid food service license or certification is preferred but not required.
