📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Managing and supervising a team of engineers, technicians, and laborers.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Resolving technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of projects.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all projects are completed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior engineers and staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
