📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, and shipping.
  • Ensure that all warehouse processes are efficient and effective, and that safety standards are met.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that we have adequate stock to meet customer demand.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and purchasing, to ensure that our warehouse operations are aligned with the overall goals of the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that our products are stored and handled properly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed.
