As a Category Buyer, you will be responsible for identifying and managing key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with our business goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize supplier performance and cost-efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage key suppliers, including negotiation of contracts and agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery times to ensure compliance with Abenson's standards.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including regular communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to supplier management.
• Analyze and report on sourcing metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sourcing strategies.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and familiarity with sourcing software like Ariba or Coupa.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and report on sourcing metrics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
