📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Translate documents, emails, and verbal communications between Korean and Indonesian.
- Assist in customer interactions and follow-ups, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate translations.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and language developments.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Assist in the organization of language-related events and workshops.
- Provide feedback on translation quality and suggest improvements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fluent in both Korean and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- At least 2 years of experience as a translator or in a language-related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, MemoQ, or SDL Trados.
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Understanding of manufacturing industry terms and processes.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
