📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor production schedules and inventory levels to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Production Foreman role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to improve production efficiency and quality.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
