📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform final inspections on machined parts, castings, and assemblies using CMMs, optical comparators, and 3D scanners.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional testing to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed inspection reports.
• Identify and report defects and non-conformities to the quality control team.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Final Inspection Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Familiarity with quality control processes, including ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with CMMs, optical comparators, and 3D scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Willingness to undergo training and certification in advanced inspection techniques.
