📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Estimating costs and preparing bills of quantities for MEP projects
• Managing procurement processes, including tendering, contract administration, and payment processing
• Monitoring project costs and preparing regular cost reports
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues related to project costs
• Providing technical support and advice to project teams on cost-related matters
• Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project costs and progress
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions related to MEP projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP/Process Quantity Surveying for construction projects
• Familiarity with relevant software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Professional and ethical conduct, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
