As an Optometrist at Allied Search Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating eye conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and educating patients on eye health. Our clinic and retail settings offer a diverse range of services, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and vision therapy. You will use advanced tools such as autorefractors, biomicroscopes, and visual field analyzers to ensure accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive eye exams, including visual acuity, refractive error assessment, and ocular health evaluations.
• Diagnose and treat eye conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.
• Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other vision correction devices.
• Administer eye drops, injections, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Provide patient education on eye health, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with opticians to ensure proper fitting and care of contact lenses.
• Conduct vision therapy sessions to improve visual skills and correct eye movement disorders.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and medical charts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or retail optometry setting.
• Professional certification from the Indonesian Optometrist Association (IPO).
• Proficiency in using optometry software such as EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and practice management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong commitment to patient care and continuous learning in the field of optometry.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
